ION@Space2B is a second site for ION Strength and Conditioning, the Llanishen strength gym. The Everyday Athlete and J1Coaching offer personal training, Steve Robinson's Boxing Academy teaches boxing, and Om Yoga Studio runs yoga. For team sport there's Cardiff Netball Arena and Old Illtydians RFC.

Splott Park opened in 1901 and is the neighbourhood's green space for runs and outdoor circuits. Splott Pool closed when the STAR Hub opened in September 2016, so for a swim with a training partner, that's where you go now.
