Bannatyne Health Club and Spa and JD Gyms Cardiff Llanishen share a CF14 5DU address, while ION Strength and Conditioning and Cohesion Fitness are the independents. Heathwood Swimming & Triathlon coaches in the water, Seren Yoga teaches yoga, and Cardiff North Taekwon-Do School and North Cardiff Kung Fu cover martial arts.
