Training in Woodhouse
A sports centre at the middle of it.
Handsworth Grange Community Sports Centre is the hub, with a fitness centre on membership and indoor and outdoor sports space. SYI Judo Club and Ballers Sports Coaching share its S13 9HJ postcode. Two learn-to-swim providers, DJR Swim School and DS Swim, teach in S13 7.
Woodhouse has its own station on the Sheffield to Lincoln line, and Woodhouse Washlands Nature Reserve, where the River Rother runs through the wetlands, is good for a walk or an easy run. A partner at the gym or on the riverside turns an intention into a routine.
