Training in Sea Mills

A community gym by the Trym.

Portway RDC is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit sports centre with a fully equipped gym in separate cardio and weights rooms, floodlit grass and artificial pitches and five-a-side, and every penny of profit goes back into the centre or community projects. St Brendans play rugby, and Bristol Manor Farm, who compete in the FA Trophy, are the area's senior football side.

Sea Mills was one of the first housing estates in the country to be made a conservation area, laid out around the Trym where it joins the Avon, with Roman ruins at the Portway entrance to Roman Way. Find someone to share a weights session at Portway, or a run up the valley towards Blaise.
