Training in Endcliffe Edge
Free training by the Porter Brook.
Everything here is free. Endcliffe parkrun is a timed 5 km every Saturday at 9am, the outdoor gym has pull-up bars and bodyweight machines, and the parkour park, built in 2014 with money raised by the Sheffield Parkour Movement, is open to anyone.
The park follows the Porter Brook, the first of the Porter Valley Parks, with Bingham Park across Rustlings Road and Whiteley Woods further up. A café opens daily. Parkrun is easy to turn into a habit with a friend, and the outdoor gym is better with someone counting your reps.
