Training in Duston

A sports centre, then the clubs around it.

Duston's main indoor option is Duston Sports Centre on Cotswold Avenue, run by Trilogy Active, with a 50-station gym, free weights, an indoor cycling studio, a dance studio and a sports hall used for badminton and table tennis. Around it you'll find Aikido Northampton, Gannon's Martial Arts and Sue Finney Fitness, plus Northampton Baseball Club, a less common sport in England.

Duston has been settled since at least Roman times, and the old village core is now a conservation area. Errington Park's pitch and the New Duston basketball court give you somewhere to train outside for free, and a regular partner makes those sessions far easier to keep.
