This studio offers Yoga, Cycling, Indoor Cycling, Strength Training, and HIIT classes.
Oncore offers Spin, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Yoga, Barre, and Pilates across 3 studios.
Our classes give a great workout experience that leave you feeling strong. Classes are generally 45 minutes, but we offer aa express 35 minute Ride to 60 minute Yoga classes.
Staff are welcoming. Please come dressed for class and note that NO CLEATS will be provided for Ride classes (trainers can be worn)
Shower Towels available at reception for £1. Currently no sweat towels provided.
You must arrive 5 minutes early to the studio to secure your place in class – our studio is large and any later will not allow you to get to your class for the start time. No Late Entry will be permitted’
